I service the greater metropolitan Sacramento area and vicinity.

I am a Certified Residential Appraiser by the state of California. I possess a bachelors of science in Real Estate & Land Use Affairs. I am also FHA approved.

Remember: Using certified appraisers increases your approval and availability with all the major lenders and reduces review/underwriting time.... also many lenders do not currently allow trainees or standard licensed appraisers....legislation is currently promoting all appraisers to become certified
